Make some noise. Save some lives.
MealTickets is a powerful new campaign that sees Action Against Hunger partner up with the live music industry. It's brilliantly simple - £1 from each event ticket goes straight towards saving the lives of malnourished children across the world. For music lovers, it's only a small thing; but for those they help, it's a massive deal.
It means access to clean water, food, training and healthcare. And ultimately, it means that entire communities can be free from hunger, helping Action Against Hunger move closer to achieving its aim to end hunger in our lifetime.
How you can help
We're looking for support across the music arena, from artists to ticket sellers to fans.
New Order will be helping to launch the campaign, along with other bands and artists including:
- A Certain Ratio
- The Winachi Tribe
- Crazy P
- Argh Kid
- Gaz Whelan (Happy Mondays)
- Mani (Stone Roses)
- Clint Boon
The campaign has also received support from industry figures and organisations, including MUTE, Alan McGee, (PIAS), Moovin Festival, The Masked Ball, SJM and Festival No. 6.
But we need more support if we want to save more lives and end hunger for good. Sign up, plug in, make noise and change the world with us.
