For over 40 years we’ve been at the forefront of the fight against global hunger. We prioritise those most vulnerable to the effects of hunger – but who are often most excluded from support, such as women and girls, children and people from minority groups. Our vision is that every person can lead a dignified life, free from hunger.

• In 2025 we reached 21.2 million people across 54 countries to combat life-threatening hunger. We’re dedicated to finding innovative solutions but also gathering evidence to expand the most effective programmes.
• Every year we treat over 700,000 acutely malnourished children – making us the leading international NGO in treating malnutrition. Over 70 percent of children admitted to our treatment programmes are cured.
• With pre-positioned stocks of essential supplies ready for deployment, we ensure all donations can be used quickly to deliver life-saving assistance when a crisis hits.
• We work side-by-side with local communities to design lasting solutions and put them in the hands of families, frontline health workers, and grassroots organisations.
• We don’t just provide food and water. We tackle the root causes of hunger and malnutrition, such as poor diet, lack of access to decent sanitation, and unequal access to markets for farmers.
• We gather evidence about the most effective approaches to beating hunger. We share and use our knowledge to influence policymakers at national and global levels to change policies and make nutrition a top priority.
