About the weekend
With 22 miles of hiking and 10,000 feet of climbing, the Three Peaks Challenge continues to gain popularity. Here are some more details about the weekend:
Friday: The team from our tour operator Global Adventure Challenges will meet everyone in Glasgow. You'll then head up to Fort William for a briefing, evening meal and an early night.
Saturday: You'll wake up early to take on Ben Nevis before transferring to Scafell Pike in the Peak District. You'll then go up and down Scafell Pike during the night.
Sunday: After conquering Scafell Pike, you'll arrive at Mount Snowdon at dawn. You'll reach the summit by noon and descend with an incredible sense of achievement. You'll then be transferred to Chester station to make your way home.
Walking distance: 22 miles
Elevation gain: 10,052 ft
Driving distance: 462 miles
