What expresses our diversity, multiculturalism and ability to come together better than food?
Returning for its fourth year, Global Gastronomy is a tasting journey around the world, prepared by some of Europe’s top chefs, taking place on October 19th 2016 at the Grade II listed 1901 Restaurant at the Andaz Hotel just off Liverpool Street.
Featuring courses from "the Godfather of Fusion", Peter Gordon; Michelin-starred Alfred Prasad; Gault Millau Chef of the Year 2008, Thorsten Probost, on a rare trip from Austria to the UK; and yet more to be announced, this is an exciting 7 course menu celebrating international flavours and ideas.
This once-in-a-lifetime menu will be accompanied by an auction featuring money-can’t-buy lots from around the world.
All proceeds go to Action Against Hunger, providing life-saving treatment to children suffering from malnutrition in over 45 countries, as well as supporting food stability and water access within communities.
