As New Year's resolutions start to fade, Action Against Hunger supporter Jemma Sedgwick has got some fab fitness solutions that come with a healthy dose of feel-good-factor to boot. Jemma, who founded health and fitness blog Truly Madly Heathy, has created a series of F.I.T. in 15 Exercise Cards, designed to deliver fast, effective work-outs, and is donating £1 from every pack sold to Action Against Hunger's lifesaving work.

Already an established personal trainer and food blogger, it was a change in Jemma's personal life that inspired her to turn her talents to fundraising: "Since becoming a mum last year, I started to realise that I took for granted just how lucky I am to pick and chose what we eat for our health. So I decided to look into helping those who aren’t so fortunate and help other mums provide for their babies. I created the Truly Madly Healthy F.I.T. in 15 Exercise Cards because I was struggling to fit exercise in but I wanted to still stay fit and healthy. These cards require no equipment and are great for busy people, especially mums."

Jemma is hoping the initiative will not only help people find time for fitness but will help her to raise over £500 for our programmes around the world: "Sometimes we can get really caught up in our own lives, so it has been great to take a step back, be grateful for all we have and look at how we can help those that don’t have the choices that we have."

Packs cost just £14.99 and are avaiable from the Truly Madly Healthy website.
