Top London chefs and restaurants who have helped raise over £250,000 for Action Against Hunger, were thanked in person by the fundraising team on a special charity walk on Thursday 10th September called Walk Against Hunger.

Covering over 50km and taking in 40 restaurants, the Action Against Hunger team put on their walking shoes and took to the streets of London. They visited the top 40 restaurant supporters in central London who fundraised with the Love Food Give Food campaign in 2014 and continue to do so in 2015, to personally say a huge thank you for all of their support in helping to provide malnourished children with healthier futures.

The team enjoyed meeting the teams of The Cinnamon Club, Alyn Williams at the Westbury, Hereford Road, Pollen St Social, Bone Daddies, Ember Yard, Café Spice Namaste, The Modern Pantry, Merchants Tavern and the Drapers Arms.

Throughout September and October hundreds of restaurants across the UK will be raising funds by adding a discretionary £1 donation to each table bill or making a small donation from a popular dish.
