90 wonderful Wolf-running employees from Tortilla restaurants around the country came together back in September to take on one of the toughest challenges in the UK for Action Against Hunger!

The Wolf Run is wild running, a unique combination of three kinds of off-road running: mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs. The ancient woodland trails of Pippingford Park and deep water crossings make this course a favourite for many. High climbing nets, log walls and the famously fast landslide are just a few of the challenges that the wolf runners faced throughout the 10k course.

Not only were Tortilla staff amazingly courageous for taking on the Wolf Run, they were committed to the cause and they showed their incredible generosity. Participants raised £3,474 from sponsorships through their friends and families.

Staff members also contributed by opting to turn some of their tips into donations, raising an impressive £1,740! Tortilla also collaborated with soft drink supplier Arizona to donate 50p for every bottle of Iced tea sold in Tortilla restaurants, generating £5,315 contributing to a spectacular final total of £10,529.33!

The money they have raised will help Action Against Hunger to enable communities to provide for themselves, see their children grow up strong and find long-term, effective solutions to hunger.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Tortilla and their dedicated staff. We think you're all incredible!
