This learning paper is the first issue of a series of learning papers developed by ACF-UK for the benefit of learning, accountability and performance improvement. It  is a systhesis of operational experience and a compilatation of best practices. The idea is to capture the knowledge and experience of the partnership with CINDI in Zambia in an easy manner. The paper aims at incorporating case study examples , which can provide input to trainings or stand alone for dissemination amongst the network.
