Zankyou chooses Action Against Hunger

Contenu

Donations from wedding guests can help fight hunger in countries around the world

Couples can save children's lives with their wedding gifts

Action Against Hunger is delighted that Zankyou UK has chosen to support the charity’s life-saving work by making Action Against Hunger the latest charity addition on its UK wedding gift list.

Since its inception in 2007, Zankyou has been providing engaged couples with an affordable, convenient and easy to use online cash wedding registry service.  To date, over 50,000 couples have created their wedding webpage through Zankyou and more than 500,000 gifts have been given via Zankyou gift lists.

Like Action Against Hunger, Zankyou is a truly international company with wedding experts in over 15 countries.  Completely ethical, Zankyou UK is excited to be building up its charity offering and following other Zankyou sites in integrating NGO’s to their wedding list service.  With the addition of Action Against Hunger to the UK gift list, guests and couples now have the option to contribute to a very worthy cause!

Caroline Johnston at Zankyou, said:“We are especially supportive of Action Against Hunger as an international humanitarian organization, committed to ending child hunger.  The donations from wedding guests, brides and grooms will help fight against malnutrition, while providing communities with access to safe water and sustainable solutions to hunger. We have couples from all over the globe are registered with us and some have been exposed to the rich- poor divide that is prominent in some of the 40 countries where  Action Against Hunger run life-saving programmes.“
