Culinary luminaries Angela Hartnett MBE (Murano), Mark Hix (Hix Restaurants), Pierre Koffmann (La Tante Claire) and Herbert Berger (1 Lombard Street) came together last night to produce a unique four-course dinner at Action Against Hunger's Fine Wine Auction and Dinner, held at prestigious City dining institution 1 Lombard Street.
01/09/10 Top Chefs Launch Fight Hunger Eat Out Campaign at Coq d’Argent
Our Fight Hunger Eat Out campaign launched this morning, September 1st, with a £1 breakfast at the award-winning Coq d’Argent restaurant in London. Culinary luminaries Raymond Blanc, Marcus Wareing, Francesco Mazzei, Giorgio Locatelli, Vivek Singh, Cyrus Todiwala, Jun Tanaka, Mickael Weiss, Oliver Rowe and Tristin Welch came together to launch Fight Hunger Eat Out - the UK’s biggest foodie fundraising campaign - to help fight child hunger in some of the world’s poorest countries.
