Foodie initiatives

Contenu

Action Against Hunger has a long history of collaborating with the food, drink and hospitality industry. Many restaurants, top chefs, food critics and food lovers have supported our work to help make a difference to the lives of malnourished children and their families:

Restaurants Against Hunger

Our flagship Restaurants Against Hunger initiative was launched in 1998to raise vital funds towards our work by inviting food lovers all over the UK to help MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY EATING OUT. Famous supporters of Restaurants Against Hunger include chefs Oliver Rowe, Michel Roux Jr, Raymond Blanc, Giorgio Locatelli, Rick Stein and Antonio Carluccio. To find out more about the campaign and find out how you can make a difference by eating out, please click here...

Fairs and shows

We are present at many of the major trade and consumer shows and fairs across the country, including the Real Food Festival, BBC Good Food Show and the Speciality and Fine Food Fair.

Thanks to the support from food and beverage companies we are able to  create our ultimate gourmet bags filled with foodie goodies, sold at various consumer food fairs throughout the year. To find out more about this initiative, please contact k.doyle@aahuk.org.
